Shaykara Webster is a dynamic leader and community advocate dedicated to improving the lives of medically fragile children and their families in Georgia. She currently serves as Chief of Staff at Millennium Residential, Inc., where she oversees strategic operations for a healthcare organization serving adults with developmental disabilities, and as the Owner & Director of Operations of Salvation Private Home Care, a Medicaid-licensed agency she launched with her husband in 2024.

Through Salvation Private Home Care, Shaykara has been intentional about providing care from a 360° approach—not only delivering high-quality in-home nursing and personal care support but also connecting families with vital resources and organizations, like Life House Atlanta, to ensure they receive comprehensive support beyond the walls of their homes. This holistic vision sets Salvation apart in a crowded field of agencies and reflects Shaykara’s deep commitment to driving meaningful, lasting impact for the communities she serves.

Shaykara brings over a decade of experience in HR, operations, and organizational leadership, having held senior roles including Chief of Staff at Amenities Health, Director of People & Culture at NAPAWF, and Global Head of People at Livepeer, where she built and scaled HR and operational systems from the ground up for rapidly growing organizations. Her career also includes impactful work with nonprofits like Columbia Urban League & Women Who Code, where she supported operations across 70+ networks in 20 countries, and founding 3MC Business Solutions, a business consulting firm.

Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Shaykara earned her undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina and her MBA in HR Management from Winthrop University. She now resides in Atlanta with her husband, where she continues to live out her purpose of serving others, building sustainable systems of care, and uplifting families. In her spare time, she loves to travel, explore new cuisines, and spend quality time with family and friends.
